Italian restaurant Aromi, flagship of La Collezione network, has became over past few years the true destination for everyone who enjoys authentic Italian cuisine in Prague. Aromi offers a wide selection range of fresh fishes and seafood. The effort is put into the original and high-quality Italian ingredients, premium products and freshness. Aromi consists of a dining area, bistro, and garden.

Aromi was founded in 2005 by Italian chef, Riccardo Lucque, who focuses primarily on natural ingredients and import of typical Italian products which have not been introduced to Czech market yet and especially to organic products from small Italian suppliers.    The menu preparation and smooth functioning of the kitchen is taken care of by Robert Loos. Before Robert came to Aromi, he held various positions at restaurants like  Alcron, La Veranda, Augustine and La Rottonde. He perfected his culinary craft also thanks to foreign internship at a London restaurant Maze, where he had the opportunity to collaborate with Gordon Ramsay.

Aromi changes menu at regular intervals, depending on the season, as the keynote is to bring fresh ingredients, which are currently in their seasonality.

Restaurant offers more than just luxury modern Asian cuisine. Diversity is very important to us. Our guest can tasty the best specialties from all Asia and in the same time can enjoy amazing program (live dance/music performance) which we have every night as well as two bars, lounge and private room
